Experience:

3-5 years experience in office work. Ability to effectively manage office equipment (e.g. Computer, photocopier, printer etc). Excellent computer skills. MS Office, etc. Familiarity with gender issues is an advantage. Good spoken and written English. Knowledge of the UN system preferred.

Description (TORs):

The Provincial Finance and Operations Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:

Assist in making travel arrangements for project staff and assist in processing the travel claims

Assist in administrative and logistical arrangements of meetings and workshops

Maintain and keep record of a proper filing system for the project

Assist in inviting quotations and making comparative statements

Assist in downloading the requested information from internet

Assist to prepare power point and other presentations, layouts and encoding of documents

Keep record of newspaper clippings

Any other duty/responsibility assigned
