Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:
At least eight (8) years of practical experience at National/International level and demonstrated experience of similar work done for national / international donor/ aid and / or government agencies
Prior working/research experience with Government, UN agencies, I/NGO’s research institutions on Information System/s, particularly in social sectors, and report writing skills
Proven skill in use of software's (SPSS, GIS, visual basic, In-page, MS Office, web design, etc.) & local areas a must and excellent team work, presentation, interpersonal, computer and analytical skills with good command over spoken and written English and other local areas/languages.
Master's Degree in Social Science, preferably MIS/MBA (IT) from a foreign/HEC recognized University
To help institutionalize M&E system and indicators for input and output monitoring within the Project at Provincial level.
To help develop/refine/institutionalize Project M&E mechanisms for timely reporting to PMUs/PSCs/NSC.
Support Information Systems Assessments on agreed: (1) indicators and targets for monitoring; (2) objective criteria (and data sources) for the evaluation, and (3) means for obtaining the needed information.
Ensure implementation & documentation of targets and performance indicators to be included in monitoring system for project activities, annual reviews and reports.
Ensure proper action on qualitative and process-oriented gender-sensitive indicators of inputs, outputs, and outcome Project for monitoring and evaluation.
Support FPMU/PPMU in timely preparation and submission of reports to UNDP/donors, etc.
Compile data sources, employing easily defended methodologies for crosschecking and otherwise improving and refining the collection and analysis of monitoring data.
Develop and institutionalize a feedback system to provide regular feedback to districts and UCs on their performance/activities.
Liaise with the Federal M&E officer for monitoring, reporting and evaluation activities particularly those relate to baseline survey, website content management, software/database maintenance, etc.
Support the Federal GVC Analyst on collection of data on GV cases from various sources including police, judiciary and MAs.
Be the Project Focal Person/website moderator for regular maintenance, updation and smooth performance of the Project website at Provincial level.
To regularly liaise with the PPMUs and selected district administrations for backstopping the monitoring and reporting system and conduct M&E trainings as and when required at Provincial/sub-district level.
To perform any other duties as required by the Project and NPM/PPMs for achieving the above objectives.
