Job Description:
Under the guidance and supervision of HR Analyst, the HR Associate provides assistance in the effective delivery of HR services ensuring high quality, accuracy and consistency of work while performing the duties and responsibilities as mentioned below. The HR Associate promotes a client-oriented approach consistent with the organizational rules and procedures.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
·        To assist in designing and developing a web based applicants’ screening/short listing system for NIM projects
·        To assist in standardizing the job descriptions and specifications of various positions under NIM projects
·        Assist in the recruitment services for NIM projects
·        To assist in designing and developing a human resource information system (HRIS)
·        To update and maintain the HR records in the human resource information system (HRIS) on regular basis and prepare HR reports for the management reviews
·        Assist in the managing the health, life and permanent disability insurance system for all staff working under the NIM projects (including the enrolment of the staff with the insurance system and smooth processing of the respective insurance claims)

·        Any HR related task assigned by the HR Analyst/senior management of the organization

  • MS-Office (word, excel, powerpoint & outlook)
  •   Interpersonal and communications
  •   HR report writing
