Description:
 

• Perform 2nd level desktop troubleshooting in conjunction with the Help Desk
Provide IT support to office which is comprised of UNDP, and CPRU DEX Projects .
• Maintain the Network and Internet.
• Manage technical equipment inventory and order new when needed
• Troubleshoot printer, mail, network and telephone problems
Administer backup of server
• Contact vendor for IT Secondary support
• Facilitate IT Associate at different hubs.
• Any other tasks assigned by IT Associate

• Provide effective IT assistance with respect to network, software and hardware such as installation, operation, maintenance, and service delivery etc.
