Description (Duties and Responsibilities): 


Working under the supervision of DG (Implementation) FCTC the Finance Assistant will:
Maintain complete financial record of all vouchers and documents relating to the project entitled “Enhancing Tobacco Control in Pakistan”
Prepare salaries, allowances and other payments to staff
Examine and process various claims of payment requests
Maintain a proper filing system, keeping records of financial matters and other necessary support documents
Deliver funds for the running cost,  workshops and get timely  statements of accounts against each activity
Prepare monthly statements of Accounts
Perform any other duty assigned by the National Manager and by the WR
