Description:
 

Program Assistant responsibilities will include:

Understand and assist in managing project outputs and activities, project controls and correspondence.
Become completely familiar with all project documents.
Assist in developing the project work plan for executing and controlling of wind energy project.
Set up and maintain the project management information system to provide necessary document control and project implementation.
Develop and maintain project work schedule using appropriate software with input from other project management personnel.
Assist in correspondence with local/international consultants, vendors.
Update project action item lists as required with input from project management.
Assist in coordinating all technical issues with project management, and stakeholders.
Assist in maintaining effective communications with all team members.
Assist project management personnel to anticipate and avoid or minimize potential problems by maintaining current knowledge of overall project status.
Assist in preparing quality work, meeting requirements of plans, specifications, and relevant industry standards.
Perform other tasks as and when required.
