An undergraduate degree/diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related course with at least 5 years relevant accounting experience.

Experience in setting up monitoring systems, experience in internal auditing and qualifying management.

Proficiency in computerized accounting and spreadsheets is required. Experience in employee development and performance management skills.

Senior office administration experience of at least 3 years in a supervisory or autonomous role.

Background:

UNISRAP (commonly known as ‘UN Club’) is recruiting an Administrative and Finance Manger to be responsible for developing and implementing financial and administrative procedures at the Club such as payroll, billing, insurance, budget and cost control, personnel and staff policies, accounting functions, procurement procedures, inventory management and control procedures, and financial reporting.

Job Description:

The successful applicant shall be responsible for developing and implementing financial and administrative procedures at the Club such as payroll, insurance, budget and cost control, personnel and staff policies, accounting functions, procurement procedures, inventory management and control procedures, and financial reporting.
Specifically, he/she shall be:

1. Supervising and auditing all payables and receivables accounting functions
2. Developing, interpreting, implementing and coordinating internal finance accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
3. Preparing and reviewing financial statements, financial reports, summarize and forecast the Club’s financial position in areas of income, expenses, cash flow and projected expenditure.
4. Coordinating, planning, organizing, preparing, and evaluating the Club’s budget and producing quarterly and annual reports.
5. Implementing payroll, benefits and deduction activities for staff.
6. Provide administrative support to the General Manager and
7. Responsible for custody and management of all paper-based and electronic records.
8. Implementation of the control mechanism for administrative services, maintenance of administrative control records.
9. Review, research, verification and reconciliation of a variety of data and reports ensuring accuracy and conformity with administrative rules and regulations.
10. Supervise the work of the Accounts Officer, cashiers, receptionists, drivers, and store keepers.
