The National Program Manager, under the overall supervision of the National Project Director, will be responsible for the procurement and delivery of various projects inputs and their conversion into outputs. The NPM will perform the following specific tasks towards achieving the project objectives
Lead and supervise the project and carrying out administrative and technical procedures.
Ensure timely implementation of the project activities and their delivery.
Maintain and liaison with the project partners and stakeholders.
Prepare work plan project, financial plans and progress reports.
Prepare terms of reference for national and international consultants as well as for subcontracts and arrange their evaluation.
Organize project steering committee meetings.
Maintain accurate accounting and financial system of the project and its resources.
To ensure proper monitoring and quality of output of the consultants hired for performing assigned tasks in the project
To ensure establishment and smooth functioning of Information System at the level of provincial EPA’s
To act as focal person for data collection about all monitoring indicators developed for the project in the respective provinces
To assist National Project Director (NPD) and other project bodies in procurement of services for implementation of project activities.
To regularly coordinate with the National Project Director (NPD) for ensuring smooth functioning of project activities
To assist and coordinate with Provincial EPA’s and nodal agencies for project implementation
