Experience:

At least 6 years of Admin and Finance experience with complete command on computer skills as well as proficiency in written and spoken English.

Description:
 

Maintaining complete finance and related record keeping
 
Maintaining complete admin and related record keeping
 
Using prescribed and format and software for maintaining finance/ administrative and related work of the project
 
Monitoring accounts, acquisition, disbursement of the project
 
Preparing advance request, budgets and work plan of the project
 
Handling of project related expenditures and maintenance of claims
 
Amicable management of the project bank accounts
 
Preparation of month, quarterly and annual financial statements
 
Provide assistance in procurement of project equipment etc
 
Liaison with auditors for annual audit and responses to audit report
 
Responsible for logistic, recruitment, workshops and meeting arrangements
