Description:
 

The Admin & Finance Assistant shall be a graduate with at least 3 years accounting experience. Preference will be given to the candidates having strong IT background. S/he should be proficient in the use of computers and all software’s related to office work including: word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. The Admin and Finance Assistant will perform the following tasks: Assisting in the provision of support services including accounting, travel and secretarial services. Designing, developing and keep updated the Project website. Coordinating with all Project Components throughout the Country for collecting information, data for compilation and submission to the Country Office. Maintaining and updating all ledgers as required under the PCOM Version 3.0. Maintaining the project accounts and petty cash accounts. Assisting in the procurement/maintenance of the office equipment and its set up. Maintaining and updating project personnel records including attendance, leave records etc. Maintaining and updating project equipment inventories. General correspondence/co-ordination with UNDP/GoP.

YesSpreadsheets Databases, Webpage Designing Excellent  S/He should have an aptitude to study, and apply the UNDP administrative and project guidelines/Manual, Financial Rules and Regulations on day-to-day basis. Strong Computer Skills with webpage designing, editing and updating.
