Description:
 

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Online visitor management system.

Video surveillance of security cameras connected directly with ID passes and entry doors.

Alarm monitoring of doors in alarm monitoring module of On Guard Management System.

Fire alarm monitoring and handling

Perform 2nd level desktop troubleshooting in conjunction with the Help Desk.

Provide IT support to UN House which is comprised of UNDP,UNFPA,UNDSS,UNAIDS,UNV and RC Office.

Manage technical equipment inventory

Troubleshoot printer, mail, network and telephone problems and administrator backup of server

Contact Vendor for IT secondary support

Any other tasks assigned by IT Associate
