The position requires a Bachelors degree with at least 3 years of secretarial experience with complete command on computer skills especially MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as proficiency in written and spoken English.

Description:
 

The terms of reference for the position includes the following duties:

Works related to administration and logistics to ensure smooth operations

Maintenance of all records and files

Carrying out typing works including reports, memo, general correspondence etc.

Attending phone calls especially on exchange/PABX

Arranging hotel and flight reservations

Receipt and distribution of all incoming mail and dispatching of outgoing mails

Management of appointments and meetings

Duties as a Storekeeper for all purchases

Other miscellaneous office related tasks
