Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with international donors. Strong computer skills, especially in MS word, excel and power point, familiarity with Internet .Good communication, administrative and organizational skills. Knowledge of UNDP procedures and policies will be an asset. The ideal candidate would possess strong personal motivation and ability to complete tasks within strict and tight deadlines.

Description:
 

Draft routine correspondence to respond to enquiries in respect to relevant administrative, financial audit, personnel matters

Coordinate extensively with service units and liaise frequently with internal team members.

Perform other related administrative duties, as required (e.g., organising travel, monitoring accounts and payment to vendors and individual contractors for services, physical space planning and the identification of office technology needs and maintenance of equipment, software and systems, organize and coordinate meetings).

Provide general office support services to help ensure the smooth functioning of an organizational unit.

Review, record, route and/or process mail or other documents; gather pertinent background material; track and monitor follow-up action as required.

Arrange to keep a track of all incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure follow-up actions

Maintain and keep record of a proper filing system

Perform other duties as assigned
