Be Pakistani national;

At least 3-5 years collective experience of planning, organizing, business process reengineering and change management;

Strong knowledge of organizational development and coordination of multifaceted operations;

Have sensitivity to gender issues, strong leadership and problem-solving skills;
Demonstrated ability to work effectively

Working experience, particularly within the context of devolution/decentralization, in the above areas will be an added qualification.



Devolution Trust for Community Empowerment (DTCE) is a registered entity, which aims at creating an enabling environment for citizen participation and community empowerment in Pakistan. Duties and Responsibilities

The Action Planning Specialist would work under the supervision of Director C&LGR and responsible to coordinate and monitor the implementation of dynamic action plans comprising a complex portfolio of headquarters and field levels activities. The person would be responsible for the following:

1. To organize and maintain an interactive action plan for headquarter and all field operations of DTCE in consultation with headquarter and field operations work teams.

2. To coordinate and up-date the progress on implementation of an information and real management tool for DTCE management, as well as field & headquarters team.

3. To act as a communication vehicle to allow coordination and monitoring of a complex set of activities through a dynamic on-line work plan.

4. To develop standardized reporting formats and documents for updating the overall work plan and progress in coordination with all directorates and field operations teams of DTCE.

5. To define methods and procedures for activation of required business processes and work flows in order to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

6. To prepare operational systems and manuals in line with the PCOM policies for efficient and transparent functioning of DTCE.

7. To support the management to addressing issues related to business processes, work planning, organizational development and operational methodologies.

8. To ensure gender equity, particularly adequate women participation in programs implementation and other development activities;

9. Undertake any other assignment given by the CEO.

Must Degree Degree Level Country Description
 MastersMasters Degree Post-Graduate degree holder in Public/ Business Administration, Economics or any other related fields of Social Sciences with knowledge of Information Technology; Working knowledge of MS Project is preferable;
