Graduate or Intermediate with five years experience as UDC; minimum 3 years experience in secretarial work, filing, and general office management
Preference would be given to candidates having diploma/certificates in computer applications and MS Office.
Excellent management and administrative skills, including he ability to meet deadlines and work accurately.
Good organizational skills,
Excellent spoken and written English will be preferred



The Government of Pakistan (GoP) has indicated its interest in working with the Global Fund to Fight HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM), World Bank and other development partners in developing a program aimed at enhancing its efforts to control the spread of HIV/AIDS.

Country Coordinating Mechanisms (CCM) is central to the Global Fund's commitment to local ownership and participatory decision-making. These country-level partnerships develop and submit grant proposals to the Global Fund based on priority needs at the national level. After grant approval, they oversee progress during implementation.

Furthermore, country-level partnerships that develop and submit grant proposals to the Global Fund, monitor their implementation, and coordinate with other donors and domestic programs. CCMs are intended to be multi-sectoral, involving broad representation from government agencies, nongovernmental organizations, community- and faith-based groups, private sector institutions, individuals living with HIV, TB or malaria, and bilateral and multilateral agencies.

Country Coordinating Mechanisms include representatives from both the public and private sectors, including governments, multilateral or bilateral agencies, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, private businesses and people living with the diseases. 


The objective of the Office Assistant is be the focal person for drafting letters, maintaining files, keeping records for the Program.

The Office Assistant will work under the direction of the Senior Project Officer and will carry out the following tasks in line with the role of the CCM, will have the responsibility for maintaining files and records of the CCM affairs as per agreed requirements. He/She will report directly to the Senior Project Officer & Project Officer and also assist them in performance of duties.

 In carrying out the services described above the Office Assistant will comply with GFATM guidelines, that currently exist and those that are developed during the life of the contract.
