Minimum Two-Three (2-3) Years demonstrated professional experience is required in any discipline. Good knowledge of English (Written & Spoken), Good Computer Skills, Good Communication and Coordination skill and willing to work round the clock in roasters.

Description:
 

Incumbent will be responsible for entering the data of UN Staff and their Dependents in UN Personnel Security Software.

Preparation of Daily Head Count sheet of International staff and their dependants with their name, status and duty station.

Prepare and produce different reports relating to UN staff and dependents as required by the Security Office.

Prepare weekly incident report based on the important clippings from the newspapers on Ms Word.

Preparation of Quarterly database reports to UN-DSS HQ, New York,

Maintaining of Dependants Warden System for International Staff families sector wise in Islamabad.

Close coordination with Wardens and meetings over security issues with the Security Wardens.

Geographical Information System (GIS) database for GIS UN System and provision of weekly incident data for weekly GIS Map for SMT.

Information dissemination to agencies in event of emergency and security related situations.

Assist in training and meetings with dependants and families of International Staff members with FSCO.

Assist FSCO / SOO in security briefings for new arrivals.

Coordinate with Community Liaison Officer (CLO) for families and dependants of International staff members.

Update the different types of lists of contact numbers which includes telephone/ emails /addresses of SMT, SFP, ASC and Wardens.

Maintain location area reports for external and internal missions.

Coordination with Security Focal Point (SFP) of UN Agencies.

Update of different databases including maintaining of UN security documents and up date of all security related information.

Assist and perform other general duties as and when assigned by the Field Security Coordination Assistant  (Administration).
